Story continues from Spider-Man #62. The Scarlet Spider returns to New York City! And while visiting Uncle Bens grave, he bumps into an old friend of his uncle! The poor man is despondent because his son has become involved with a criminal gang! Feeling sorry for his late uncles friend, Ben Reilly agrees to search for his son! Unfortunately the aforementioned criminal gang has crossed paths with the vindictive Vulture! If the Scarlet Spider is going to keep his promise, he'll have to take down the high-flying Vulture all by himself!
