Shadowhawk is guiding the Regulators through the sewers, trying to find Vortex's abducted son who is going to be given to someone called the Underlord; Unfortunately, the Underlord turns out to be the alien villain, Liquifier, whom Darkhawk thought long dead; Shadowhawk finds some sense of satisfaction in working together with his enemies to battle Liquifier and rescue an innocent child from certain death. Continued in Shadowhawk (Image, 1994 series) #12. * This is issue #11 in Consecutive Numbering (Shadowhawk II 1-3 are #5-7 and Shadowhawk III 1-4 are #8-11 and then numbering starts again with issue #12).
