Namor learns that he has lost his ability to fly and to breathe underwater; Taken by surprise, he's captured by the costumed adventurer Sting-Ray and turned over to the authorities; Namor escapes, but is pursued by Sting-Ray until he's able to convince Sting-Ray that he isn't as evil as the government claims.
