Summary
Spooky - unlike his cousin, Casper the Friendly Ghost - loves to scare people, but his kindly ghost girlfriend Poil disapproves. When Spooky loses his booing power, a local rock band doing rehearsals in the Enchanted Forest comes to his aid. Casper helps Gnobby Gnome. Wendy meets a normal-looking new neighbor named Abigail, who also claims to be a witch.
