The Rocket Racer (last seen in Amazing Spider-Man #183) is down on his luck and robs a bank in order to pay off his debt to a crooked bail bondsman. However, the bondsman wants full payment now and sends the Bounty Hunter to capture the Rocket Racer! And of course the Spectacular-Spider-Man is caught in the middle! Origin of the Rocket Racer (aka Robert Farrell).
