However a strange phenomenon (or perhaps strange person) has been plaguing Accutech and causing various accidents! Some employees blame it on a mysterious ghost! Does a ghost actually walk the halls of Accutech? Once Tony signs the contract to purchase the company, he finds out the answer! And Iron Man's first battle vs. the Ghost begins in earnest!
