People and statues are mysteriously disappearing from the streets of New York City! Who's behind this rash of nighttime abductions? The Mole Man and his Subterraneans! When the FF's long-time foe targets Alicia Masters' sculptures, the fabulous foursome gets involved! But surprisingly the resilient Mole Man defeats the FF and not only steals Alicia's statues, but also absconds with Alicia too! Reed, Sue, Ben, and Johnny journey deep into the catacombs beneath the subway system to find the blind sculptress! And what they discover underneath Manhattan's bedrock will shock everyone!
