Summary
A powerless Damage confronts the seemingly unstoppable threat of Troll, a genetic monstrosity bent on destroying downtown Atlanta. Meanwhile, the mysterious Baron and his mercenary accomplice Steelhawk further their plans to put a deadly new drug, Stardust, on the streets. But the Golden Age hero from issue #2 wants to see the Baron taken down hard. Written by Tom Joyner, with art and cover by Bill Marimon and Tom McWeeney.
