Story continues from Iron Man 228. In a shocking development, Iron Man betrays his long-time friend, Steve Rogers, by rendering him immobile, so Shell-head can finish de-activating all of the Guardsmen's armor at the Vault. As a result of Iron Man's invasion of the super-villain prison in Colorado, some of the criminals are trying to escape! It's a great battle issue featuring the Captain vs. Mister Hyde, the Falcon vs. the Griffin, D-Man vs. Titania, and Nomad vs. Vibro!
