The time-traveling Avengers investigate the three temporal imbalance points that hold the keys to uncovering Immortus' master plan! At the first imbalance point in 21st century New York, Captain America and Giant-Man fight alongside a modern group of avengers to stop an invasion from Mars! While at the second chronal anomaly in 1959 California, Captain Marvel (aka Genis-Vell) and the Wasp enter into a confusing battle against another group of avengers that includes the 3-D Man and Marvel Boy! And at the third imbalance point in 1873 Arizona; Hawkeye, Songbird, and Yellowjacket run into Kang and a trio of Space Phantoms! Will any of Earth's Mightiest Heroes find what they are looking for?
