The action begins with a jailbreak at Ryker's Island prison! Baron Brimstone escapes from his cell and scoops up the Sandman on his way to freedom! The baron wants to settle the score with Machine Man, so he kidnaps Aaron Stack's co-worker Pamela Quinn! Fortunately for the human robot, the wall-crawler is in the neighborhood! And Machine Man and Spider-Man team up to tackle Baron Brimstone and the web-slinger's longtime foe, the Sandman!
