Meanwhile, a young man named Eugene Patilio believes he can help his father by becoming a super hero! So the Frog-Man is born! Sure enough the two plotlines converge, and the Frog-Man takes on his first opponent...the Speed Demon!
Fortunately, Spidey and the torch are there to lend a hand!
