The Chief fashions Green Lantern a new arm from Robotman's spare parts, Martian Manhunter a visor for vision, Black Canary a makeshift voicebox, and Flash a wheelchair that allows for an electric avatar of his speed force. To defeat the newly powered Brain, the Doom Patrol assists the weakened Justice League, and the two teams find new ways that connect them. When Locus comes to reclaim their technology, the team has to act quickly to claim the technology for themselves, or risk being disabled forever. In a great character moment, Aquaman faces his will against the Brain for control of the Green Lantern ring.
