After the distressing events of Avengers #503, Rachel Leighton takes Steve Rogers to a baseball game at Yankee Stadium in order to lift his spirits. Unfortunately, their relaxing afternoon is disrupted by a stadium-wide heist...led by Batroc the Leaper! However the French mercenary doesn't know that Captain America and Diamondback are in attendance at the game. As expected, Cap and his former girlfriend stop the robbery with relative ease. And their heroic exploits make the evening news! But the news coverage inadvertently draws the attention of Diamondback's former partners in crime: the Serpent Society! Oh no!
