After surviving his free fall from the helicopter, the wondrous wall-crawler continues his pursuit of Dr. Octopus and Aunt May! The six-armed super-villain takes refuge at Brookhaven National Laboratory to draw Hammerhead's ghost into a deadly trap! But the sudden arrival of the web-slinger throws off Doc Ock's plan! Instead of destroying the ghost, Octopus' equipment returns Hammerhead to flesh and blood! And that sets the stage for the next issue's three-sided tussle: Doctor Octopus vs. Hammerhead vs. your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!
